Online appointments may require a valid credit or debit card to secure the reservation. Unless otherwise disclosed, the card is not charged solely because an appointment has been booked. Service packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and are redeemed one service at a time as each applicable service is completed. Packages, promotional packages, and services already redeemed are subject to the applicable terms disclosed at purchase.

Memberships are governed by the Membership Agreement accepted at enrollment and may require an active payment method on file for recurring billing.

Membership benefits, recurring payments, cancellation requirements, and other membership conditions are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement.
