This card holds a value that may only be used to purchase services ONLY and is not valid for any other purpose, including the purchase of products. Present this card to your esthetician at the time of service, and the applicable amount will be deducted from the total balance of the complete service. No additional value may be added to this card after purchase. This card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. It is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Redemption requires an approved authorized signature. This card does not have an expiration date and may be redeemed at all Eternal Beauty Esthetics by Marchant Skin Care™ locations.
